Lakeview Inn is one of the best hotel in the Nice-Lucern-Lakeport area. The room is super clean, spacious with a nice and comfy bed . The staff is very courteous and kind. The location is right across the lake which is very relaxing. I took off a star because you can tell it is an old hotel which can use some upgrade. Other than that, it is a very convenient and good place to stay.
Great owners who attended to our needs including extra towels. He even came personally to our room and helped me get the TV to working.
To be clear, this motel is no gem. However, the value and the service were good. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. The room itself showed its age, with all the fixtures probably being 30-40 years old, and the accommodations were minimal (no phone for example, but who cares?), but everything was clean. It was a basic motel room that offered little to no luxuries but it got the job done by giving us a clean place to lay our heads for a night. And it was affordable as well. Overall, a good experience.
The non-smoking room I had was clean and the area is quiet. It feels somewhat like a bungalow! Price was fantastic as well. The front desk took great care of me even though I arrived at 2am without a reservation.
The room matches the price we were charged. After 2 days of stay we pretty much got used to the room. We stayed at the room for handicap and we liked that the bathroom was spacious. The room looked like it was newly painted and the toilet and sink at the bathroom are new. We will stay again at this Inn if ever we’re in the area.
This place is clean and the staff is very friendly. Not the Hilton but for a small town it is comfortable and close to everything plus you can park your boat here. Priced Right also...
Great location right in front of the lake. The rooms were comfortable. Mr. Patel from the front desk was very helpful and gave us a warm welcome. He even shared his homemade chai with us the next morning. Such a lovely gesture.
This is a Gem of a place . It’s like I have my own secluded cabin right across the street from Clearlake. Water pressure is fantastic . Lots of hot water new mini fridge which is quite large I was impressed by how clean my room and the establishment is. Nice staff. You won’t be disappointed
The service was efficient & the room is large with king bed & parking right out front The remodel is good with the canal wood floors (No carpet is always a win to me) The room was very clean big TV microwave small fridge & table My only wish list would be 2 nightstands The bath was small but new vanity Very clean too Note the shower stall tile was a little slippery
